Finally, the day has come: season three of '13 Reasons Why' drops on Netflix this morning (August 23rd) and they're dropping all 13 episodes at the same time so that's our bank holiday weekend binge watching sorted.

So, without further ado, for those waiting patiently to find out who killed Bryce Walker (played by Justin Prentice), you'll be able to start watching from 8am. Wahoo!

The latest intalment centres around the killing and in the final teaser released last week, we saw everybody looking guilty as the camera paned across possible suspects in the Liberty High grounds.

Netflix

Ahead of the new series premiere, there have been plenty of theories emerging to suggest his killer may have already been unveiled.

Some people are thinking it might be Clay Jensen (Dylan Minnette), with an eagle-eyed viewer spotting an actor has been cast as a prison guard to star in the season three finale. Clay will likely turn 18 in the new series, so if he was arrested, he would go to adult prison.

Eek.

Then there's the fact that Olivia Baker (Kate Walsh) had wished Bryce dead in season two. But before she's presumed guilty, it's worth noting that she doesn't star in the new season.

For those who need a little refresher before the new season starts tomorrow, season 2 left us on a bit of a cliffhanger when Tyler essentially snapped after his brutal rape. Gathering every gun he could find, he marched to the school after sending a text warning Cyrus' sister he was on the way.

Always the hero, Clay marched out to confront Tyler while he walked up to the dance, gave him a speech and Tyler handed over the weapon and fled the scene.

The episode ends with Clay standing there, holding a gun as the police arrive.

Netflix previously teased what to expect from the season, writing: "Eight months after preventing Tyler from committing an unthinkable act at Spring Fling, Clay, Tony, Jessica, Alex, Justin, and Zach find ways to shoulder the burden of the cover-up together while helping Tyler move toward recovery.

"But when the aftermath of a tumultuous Homecoming game culminates in the disappearance of a football player, and Clay finds himself under police scrutiny, it's up to a shrewd outsider to steer the group through an investigation that threatens to lay bare everyone's deepest secrets.

Netflix

"The stakes are raised in this riveting third season of 13 Reasons Why, as the consequences of even the most well-intended actions can alter a life forever."

So is Clay the killer? We'll find out soon enough!
