The woman discussed the importance of feeling confident in your own skin, and they are all part of support group Panache, which aims to bring women of all ages together.

Eight ladies, who had all lost their hair, joined Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford on the ITV chat show's sofa to tell their own unique stories.

These woman sent out a powerful message to those watching at home, revealing that they now feel confident both with and without their wigs.

And in another inspiring move, each of the ladies took off their own wigs together, embracing being bald.

Clearly touched by the segment, show host Eamonn then went round each of the eight women to give them a warm hug.

Sixteen-year-old Elisha told how she began losing her hair last year, but she's slowly but surely feeling more confident about the way she looks.

Shannon also spoke out about losing her hair at aged 14, but added that the support group had also massively helped to build her confidence.

"They honestly really lifted me up on their shoulders and showed me how much I am worth," she explained.

This Morning guest Carole encouraged other women to join the group, and unite with others who are maybe struggling with losing their hair.

Some of the ladies then went on to strut down the daytime show's catwalk during a body confidence masterclass with Gok Wan.

This Morning fans couldn't praise the women enough on social media for showing that bald really is beautiful.

"I was watching and I think baldness isn't a bad thing. You're still human regardless. Bald women are beautiful," exclaimed one person.

And somebody else added: " Brave, Brave women on the show today, bald can indeed be beautiful. Well done."

"They all look beautiful! Being beautiful has noting to do with hair it's all about how you rock it! And the all ROCK IT! [sic]."
