The I'm A Celebrity jungle is apparently already facing challenges as 'bloodthirsty water leeches' have invaded the waterfall shower.

According to The Sun, the bad weather that's threatening the jungle at the moment could make the shower area a 'no-go area'.

The crew are apparently already preparing for the impending bad weather, and are well aware that the creek on set becomes infested with leeches during damp and cool weather.

They believe that the first few days of the series will be particularly affected.

As a result, the leeches are 'tempted out' and will likely flood the shower as a result.

The new series starts on Sunday, and the public are anticipating an action-packed show with some claiming that the line-up is the 'best ever'.

Hopefully some stars' careers will be propelled into the next level, such as our favourite, Scarlett Moffatt...

You may know him better as Warren Fox on Hollyoaks, but he's now taking on a new challenge in the form of IACGMOOH (that abbreviation doesn't really work, does it?).

The Made in Chelsea star is confirmed to be appearing in this year's series and we can't WAIT.

An insider told the Sun: "Georgia has been signed up by ITV and will be the jungle's bikini babe this year.

"She was a huge hit on Celebs Go Dating, people fell in love with her, so I'm A Celeb bosses knew she will be sure hit.

"And ITV has changed its policy on not having reality stars on the show as last year they didn't have any."
