Little Mix Face Backlash As Disabled Fans Miss Out On Tour Tickets

Little Mix Face Backlash As Disabled Fans Miss Out On Tour Tickets

Disabled Little Mix fans were left distraught on Thursday when they were unable to bag tickets to see their pop idols in concert due to the shocking lack of accessible tickets available.

The Black Magic singers are heading out on a Summer Hits Tour next summer, and will be playing in more rural areas and smaller venues than usual.

However, according to the Mirror, Fran Lees, a mum-of-five, from Scotland, who uses a wheelchair, was directed to an American customer service number for help when she tried to purchase tickets.

She told the publication: "There was a pre-recorded message on it giving us different venues then it says 'accessible seating for any Little Mix concert hasn't been confirmed yet'.

"Then it disconnected the call. And that was it, you had to keep trying. I ended up with two standing tickets, because I had to get something for me and my daughter Darragh, but I can't stand.

"And then the accessible line just saying we're too busy, rather than put you in a queue they just hang up on you so you have listen to it all again. I just don't have the mind-space to be able to do it all, it's difficult.

"I've got absolutely no idea what to do. I'm going to have to get somebody else to go with her as she's only nine - under-14s have to be accompanied by an adult. It's an absolute nightmare."

Looks like these fans struggled too:

Angered fans are now hoping Perrie, Leigh-Anne, Jesy and Jade will step in and take action.
