Taking to the social media sharing site, Stacey posted an Instagram, captioned: "Sometimes the things we are most insecure about can become our best friends. I used to hate my side profile because of my nose and be so sad I didn't have a smooth cute button pixie nose (which is what I thought was the ultimate sign of beauty).

"Even the emoji is smooth but now I feel like I'm unique with lots of different bits and bumps that make me, me.

She continued: "Thank g-d for Barbara Streisand, Bette Midler, and many more people who I look up to and have been rocking their amazing noses since day one!"

Stacey added a few inspirational hashtags to the brave post too, and her fans gushed over her wise words.

"In a world of silicone and Kardashian wannabes, you're a breath of fresh air," praised one of her 596k Instagram followers.

A second wrote: "I feel you! But that's what makes us look so unique and you're stunning!"

"Beauty is being you! Thanks for your current media work around this - grateful on behalf of my younger female family and myself," gushed a third.

Another replied: "Fab babe. I've always wanted a nose job. I think I'm going to appreciate what I have and stop my stupid idolizations now because of your post. We are who we are."

A final added: "Thank you for posting this as it's made me feel better about myself and I hope u can reply to this as ure an inspiration [sic]."

The X Factor star was recently praised after posting her bikini body on social media in an honest post.

In the vid, she honours her "muffin top, saggy boobs and stretch marks" while addressing unrealistic pressures for women. It's so refreshing to see a celeb be so truthful, and so funny....
