Mel B has showed off her dramatic new look at Simon Cowell's Walk of Fame star unveiling on Tuesday, after reportedly splashing out on a £4,000 non-surgical facelift.
The former Spice Girl attended the celebration for her close pal Simon, opting for a silky pink, off the shoulder wrap dress paired with sparkling jewellery. Her skin was glowing, and her dark tresses were sleeked back into a low bun.
Mum-of-three Mel shared an image on social media alongside a cosmetic doctor a couple of a weeks ago hinting at a non-surgical procedure, adding a few words for her adoring fans.
Posing with Dr Nyla Raja, she wrote: "I believe in being the best version of yourself and I'm a great believer of looking and keeping your natural beauty.

"I love the fact that you don't have to take drastic scary procedures and go under the knife."
She added: "It's important we start talking about it more so more people know about the safer and more natural options out there."
It is believed that Mel had her non-surgical facelift at Dr Nyla's clinic in Wilmslow, Cheshire, using a process that creates collagen and elastin in the skin, causing it to look much more youthful.

Speaking about the former X Factor judge, the cosmetic specialist previously told the Sun: "It was very important to her [Mel] that she didn't want a load of fillers so we considered doing skin tightening and skin lifting.
"It addresses wrinkles and fine lines and firms the jaw. It's like a surgical facelift but without obviously any surgery."
Mel was just one of a handful of celebrities showing their support for Simon at his Walk of Fame star celebration in Hollywood, as they were joined by the likes of Kelly Clarkson, Leona Lewis and former One Direction star Louis Tomlinson.
Simon and Mel's fellow America's Got Talent judges Heidi Klum and Howie Mandel also showed up to the ceremony.
