Leonardo DiCaprio And Brad Pitt Share The Screen For The First Time

Leonardo DiCaprio and Brad Pitt have shared the screen for the first time to call for people to vote in America's midterm elections on Tuesday.

The actors, who we always dreamed of seeing together, were trying to reach out to millennial audiences to convince them that midterm elections matter in a four-minute-long video from Now This released Friday.

During the clip, both Leonardo and Brad outline the issues that have been discussed by candidates on the campaign trail.

Leonardo says: "So much is at stake, from gun safety laws, to immigration policy, clean water and air, and whether or not millions of people have access to health care."

With Brad also adding: "Statehouse elections will determine the future of climate change, criminal justice reform, education funding, LGBTQ equality, and even your ability to vote."

As well as encouraging voters to cast their ballots on 6th November, Brad also said that voters should work to encourage voter turnout: "There is so much you can do, from texting and phone banking, to knocking on doors."

Kate Hudson also shared the clip to her Instagram, she wrote: "My friends put this video together expressing how vital this election is.

"I share with you to spread the word. I know everyone has busy lives and it's sometimes hard to make it to the polls but we know now more than ever that voting is essential to our future. Let's get out there on November 6! VOTE! [sic]"

During the midterm elections, Americans will choose who they want representing them in Washington during the next two years of Trump's presidency.

The vote will see Republicans trying to defend their majority and Democrats looking to gain 23 seats they would need to win control, however, that would not mean that Donald Trump is removed from presidency.

The pair are currently shooting the upcoming Quentin Tarantino film Once Upon a Time in Hollywood.

Leonardo and Brad play an actor and his stunt double in the film which is based on the Sharon Tate murders in Hollywood in 1969.
