Lady Gaga Responded To Rumours She's Pregnant In The Best Way

Lady Gaga just shut down rumours she's expecting a child by revealing she's 'pregnant' with her brand new album.

The Oscar winner took to Twitter to make fun of reports speculating over whether she's pregnant, writing: "Rumors I'm pregnant? Yeah, I'm pregnant with #LG6." What a spectacular birth that will be.

It's alleged the pregnancy rumours came after Star magazine supposedly overheard Gaga talking about being pregnant, although after her statement it seems pretty clear there has been a slight misunderstanding...

"It makes sense that she would've only just found out," a source told the magazine. "Gaga was partying throughout most of awards season, but then she stopped. It didn't go unnoticed that she avoided booze at the Oscars."

The source added that Gaga would be keeping the (non-existent) baby daddy's identity to herself.

"The first thing everyone will want to know is whose baby this is. If there's any question at all, the belief is that Gaga and her most recent lovers will demand a DNA test."

While Gaga certainly isn't pregnant, it has been a whole three years since she released Joanne, so we're more than ready for some new music from her - especially playing the A Star Is Born soundtrack on repeat for the last three months.

Since the film's release in October last year, Gaga has embarked on a world tour with co-star Bradley Cooper and bagged the Best Original Song Oscar for 'Shallow', as well as a nomination for Best Actress.

Gaga and Cooper's relationship has been the subject of mass speculation thanks to a number of incredibly moving and intimate live performances. Appearing on Jimmy Kimmel Live, Gaga said of the romance speculation: "Yeah, that's what we wanted to see," proving that they're in fact just very good actors.

We can't wait to hear what Gaga has up her sleeve next.
