Connie Talbot was the first child star to find fame on Britain's Got Talent when she was just six-years-old and she's now appeared on TV 11 years on looking, obviously, remarkably different!

The singer, who's debut album Over The Rainbow sold 250,000 copies worldwide, appeared on Lorraine on Tuesday where she chatted about her experience on the talent competition, and her plans for the future.

Connie celebrated her 18th birthday on the show, where she watched her audition tape back with Lorraine, although she admitted it didn't feel like she was watching herself.

"It's really weird, it doesn't feel like me," she said. "It just felt like a little girl. I had such a good time."

Now, Connie now has new management and is hoping to release new music next year.

"I'm down in London a lot doing a lot of writing sessions so hopefully I can release some new songs next year.

"I've just had some new management and a new agent, I'm really excited."

Connie has an impressive YouTube following, where she has amassed a huge following in Asia. Speaking of her fan base she said: "I've had such loyal followers since 12 years ago, it's amazing, I'm so lucky."

In fact, Connie felt so compelled to give back to her fans that she decided to donate her prize money to her South Korean fans following a tragic ferry accident.

"It was a huge disaster," she said. "A lot of my followers in south Korea were talking about this disaster, it was terrible so I thought it would be a nice thing to donate it [the money] to."

Despite earning international fame through her voice, Connie revealed she feels uncomfortable when she looks back at her time performing on BGT.

"It's embarrassing, when I hear that chipmunk voice...," she said. "I sounded like a chipmunk!

"I think I was too little. I just wanted to go on the show. I wanted to put on a good show for Simon."

And what a good show that turned out to be, Connie.

Lorraine continues on weekdays on ITV at 8.30am.
