​‘I'm A Celebrity's’ Harry Redknapp Is Donating Jam Roly Polys To The Homeless

During his time in the jungle Harry Redknapp made it clear that he loved jam roly poly A LOT.

So it is no surprise that the star has been swamped with jam roly polys since being crowned king.

Instead of letting them all go to waste or over-indulging himself the former football manager has decided to share them with the homeless.

Along with his beloved wife Sandra, Harry will be feeding the puddings to people on the street of his hometown or Bournemouth, Dorset.

He said: "Everyone is sending me jam roly poly puddings. I'm waiting for someone who makes them to ask me to do an advert.

"What we will do Thursday night is take them and give them to the homeless.

"Hopefully, Sandra will be able to cook some as there is a place where they get a dinner on a Thursday night - so we will take it to those guys, I think they will enjoy that."

Harry made the sales of jam roly poly soar while he was in the jungle as Ocado confirmed to PRETTY 52 that sales increased by 132 per cent for the week beginning 19 November.

Viewers finally saw Harry being treated to his favourite dessert in the jungle when everyone (except Nick Knowles) was treated to a luxury meal after completing a trial where the stars earned ten out of eleven stars.

Explaining to his camp mates why he loves the pudding so much Harry said: "My old nan used to make it, it was a taste of my childhood really.

"It brings back good memories, you know?"

While in the jungle Harry struggled with the more exotic meals presented to him and refused to eat crocodile, camel or kangaroo.

As he wasn't eating as much as the other campmates, James McVey was reportedly donating half of his veggie meals to Harry.

Kirstie Brittain the Vamps star's girlfriend, told The Sun: "James is being generous with his food, giving it to Harry because Harry is struggling so much with all the meats.

"James is veggie so he's giving Harry half his veg, which is why he's gotten so skinny."

Kirstie continued: "James sees Harry as a grand-father - it's so cute. He really wants to look after him, which is why he's giving him his food."
