Kirk Norcross first appeared on our television screens when The Only Way Is Essex began back in 2010. The Essex boy lived the glamorous lifestyle as he managed the celebrity hot spot, Sugar Hut night club, owned by his dad, Mick Norcross.

The celebrity lifestyle didn't end with The Only Way Is Essex for Kirk, as he went on to enter the Celebrity Big Brother house back in 2012, until he became the fourth housemate to be evicted from the show, lasting up until day 16.

Fast-forward to 2015, and Kirk goes on to star in MTV's Ex On The Beach, where he was controversially reunited with ex-fiance and tattooed model, Cami Li.

The ladies man also claimed that he has slept with more than 1000 women. Yikes. In his autobiography, Kirk Norcross: My Story, he said: "If I had to guess how many girls I've slept with, I'd say 800 to a thousand.

"I've clocked up the numbers, it has never really stopped apart from the odd serious relationship along the way. It sounds like a lot of women, but I love sex so I don't regret it."

However, it seems as though the lothario has left the glitz and glamour behind as it turns out his day job is a little bit different from his TOWIE days.

The 29-year-old has recently taken to his Twitter to update his followers, whilst on his tea break.

Kirk can be seen donning a high vis jacket and trousers whilst he poses in front of a works van. Although we're not sure exactly what his new occupation is, it certainly is a far cry from the days of Sugar Hut.

The dad-of-one mainly updates his Twitter with pictures of his son, Michael Harry Norcross, drones about 14-hour shifts, oh and the occasional love note from his beau.

The note reads: "I promise to plant kisses like seeds on your body, so in time you can grow to love yourself like I love you." Cute.

Kirk posted the note with the caption: "Been so busy today only just stopping for lunch now but finding this note in my lunch from my Mrs has made my day much better."

Who thought Kirk could be tamed, ay?
