All Coronation Street fans will know that Brooke Vincent has been pretty much a constant on our screens, well, for as long as we can remember.

Brooke has actually been starring on the cobbles as Sophie Webster since she joined the cast in 2004, which is a pretty long stint in anyone's career, never mind someone who is only 25-years-old.

After being on the show for the majority of her life, it would be understandable that many of the cast members would be like family to Brooke, after all she has worked alongside her on-screen mum, Sally Dynevor, and on-screen dad, Michael Le Vell, for more than 13 years.

Well, it turns out that one cast member is Brooke's IRL family member. In 2011, Brooke's cousin Ellie Leach joined the cast as Faye Windass. Take a look at the pair in action here...

Ellie, who is now 16, joined the cast when she was just nine-years-old, and the young actress has faced some pretty heavy storylines ever since.

Faye entered the soap as the adopted daughter of Anna and Eddie Windass, before she managed to contact her birth dad, Tim Metcalfe, who of course remained a constant in Faye's life when he got together with Sally Webster.

Ellie became involved in her first major storyline when her character became pregnant at just 12-years-old, keeping the pregnancy a secret from her family.

Faye struggled to bond with her child, which led to her putting the baby up for adoption, before she got in a relationship with Seb Franklin. That's a pretty impressive CV for a 16-year-old I'd say.

Strangely enough, cousins Brooke and Ellie went on to become step-sisters on the soap when Kevin Webster and Anna Windass together, however the romance didn't last as Kevin called time on their relationship for the final time when Anna was arrested for pushing Seb off a ladder.

That evil Pat Phelan has a lot to answer for.
