A man who attempted to storm Beyoncé and Jay-Z's stage on Saturday night was chased down by their angry backing dancers.

However, before he could even get close, the singers' backing dancers chased him away as fans watched in horror while the incident unfolded before them.

Three security guards can then be seen storming the stage and flooring the invader.
The On The Run II team released a statement after the incident where they confirmed the man was intoxicated and that the Carters had decided not to prosecute.
They also thanked the security team at the venue and the backing dancers who caught up to the man before he could reach Beyoncé and Jay-Z.
It said: "At this point we had a controlled evacuation of all crew on the stage in order to safely diffuse the situation. We are happy to confirm that nobody was hurt during the incident and Mr & Mrs Carter are choosing not to press charges against the individual."
Fans were understandably concerned about the incident and took to social media to question how the man got on stage.
One wrote: "The Beyhive is wondering, where in the world was security as the dancers were left to defend themselves as he pushed and ran on stage."
John Lennon, Christina Grimmie, Selena, Dimebag Darrell-all murdered by their fans. The idea o/someone running on stage sounds funny, but the reality of what could've happened to Beyoncé and Jay Z, isn't funny at all. Security should just turn in their black shirts & muscles now.

Another added: "The idea of someone running on stage sounds funny, but the reality of what could've happened to Beyoncé and Jay-Z, isn't funny at all. Security should just turn in their black shirts and muscles now."
A third also wrote: "Still can't believe security was so loose that this drunk joker was able to leap onstage so easily."
The identity of the stage invader hasn't been revealed and the couple took to the same stage last night as part of their On The Run II tour.
